Elaine Nicol is an experienced professional in customer experience and optimization, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience and Optimization at AgileOne since March 2022. Previously, Elaine held the position of Director, Solutions Architect at PeopleScout from June 2021 to March 2022 and served as Solutions Architect at AgileOne from June 2018 to June 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President of Global Solution Design and Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at Pontoon Solutions, as well as Vice President of Operations at Adecco RPO Group and Vice President Implementation & Consulting Services at TalentTrack. Elaine’s early career involved leadership positions at MR Communications Inc., where expertise in organizational consulting and communication was developed.
