Ashley McKelvey has a solid work experience in the field of recruitment. Ashley started their career as a Recruiting Associate at Conduent in 2016, where they were responsible for full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and handling onboarding paperwork. Ashley also worked closely with managers to understand their hiring needs. In 2019, Ashley transitioned to Coim USA Inc. as a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. Ashley'sresponsibilities included sourcing and recruiting candidates, developing recruitment programs, and creating a comprehensive onboarding process. Unfortunately, their position was absorbed due to Covid-19 in 2020. Ashley then returned to Conduent as a Senior Recruiter in 2021, where they supervised a team of recruiters and offer specialists, trained them, and managed full cycle recruiting. In 2022, Ashley joined AgileOne as a Senior Recruiter, where they are currently working with the City of Chicago's Department of Public Health and Merck Pharmaceuticals.

Ashley McKelvey obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Rowan University, completing their education from 2014 to 2016.
