Anne Bowers, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Anne began their career as a Talent Acquisition - Corporate Recruiter at Staples in October 2017. In this role, they collaborated with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify requirements, assess talent, and make hiring recommendations. Anne also built candidate relationships and ensured clear communication throughout the hiring process.

In March 2020, Anne joined Winston-Beck International as a Senior Recruiter. Their responsibilities included managing the complete hiring cycle within an applicant tracking system, analyzing internal equity and external compensation to determine job offers, and developing recruitment strategies. This included optimizing job postings, developing recruiting marketing channels, procuring job boards, and implementing comprehensive recruitment campaigns. Anne held this position until July 2023.

Currently, Anne is a Recruiter at AgileOne, starting in July 2023.
