Tyler Norbut is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with a strong background in managing capital projects and improving manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Agilent Technologies since March 2013, Tyler leads a plant engineering team to successfully complete site capital projects and implement mechanical design improvements. Previously, at The Dow Chemical Company from July 2006 to March 2013, Tyler held the roles of Process Improvement Engineer and Process Engineer, focusing on managing process changes, product scale-up, and utilizing AutoCAD for mechanical design. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, earned in 2006.
