Ertugrul Arthur Cam is a seasoned software architect and Scrum Master with extensive experience in full-stack software development and IT management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Agilence, Inc. since March 2020, Ertugrul previously held positions such as Sr. Full Stack Software Developer at Finance of America Mortgage and Software Development Team Lead at Itlize Global LLC. Ertugrul led the IT department at AssisTT, overseeing a large team and managing the full software development lifecycle for Turkey's largest call center. With a solid background spanning various roles in renowned companies such as Turk Telekom and Turksat, Ertugrul possesses strong expertise in Microsoft stack tools and enterprise application development. Ertugrul holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
