Ross O'Rourke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ross is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at AgileATS, an Applicant Tracking System company that automates the hiring process. Prior to this, in 2020, they owned 42 Flats Community, and also established and managed O'Rourke Building Company, completing a 45-home project. Before their ventures in the construction industry, Ross founded and served as the CEO of IC-1 Solutions, a government contractor specializing in engineering work, which grew to employ around 230 people before being sold to The SWIFT Group. Ross also held the position of Division Director at TPGS from 2012 to 2017 and worked as a Director at Salient Federal Solutions from 2008 to 2012. Ross began their career in the US Marine Corps, where they served as a Sergeant and Infantry Squad Leader, earning promotions and commendations for their actions in combat zones and participating in various humanitarian missions.
Ross O'Rourke attended Miami University from 2007 to 2008 where they focused on Business Management. However, they did not complete any specific degree during this time. Ross then attended Strayer University from 2009 to 2011, earning their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Federal Contracts and Acquisitions.
