Stephen Wellman is an experienced Workforce Management Consultant with a career spanning over a decade in various roles related to workforce management and data analysis. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Consultant at Agilea Solutions and TestAssure since 2015 and 2017 respectively, Stephen has also held positions at Telligent Solutions, Ontario Medical Association, Scotiabank, and Workforce Insight, among others. Expertise includes functional leadership in multiple WFM projects across platforms such as Infor Workbrain and Kronos, as well as significant experience in business and data analysis. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western University and has completed additional education with AbInitio and Sybase.
