Terry Kelly has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Terry started their career as a Technical Team Lead and Consultant at Friend First Motor Finance, where they were responsible for system analysis, design, and build. Terry then served as a Senior Integration Consultant at Friends First, focusing on integration with internal and external systems.

Terry Kelly later became the Chief Technology Officer at Strandum, where they established the development environment and designed all major software components. Terry also worked as a Senior Java Developer and Consultant at Aer Lingus, implementing an automatic build system for the Booking Engine system.

In addition, Terry Kelly held the position of Team Lead and Technical Architect at Fujitsu, where they led a team and mentored its members. Terry also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Pharmapod, overseeing technology strategies. At Paddy Power, Terry held the role of Innovation Software Development Manager, contributing to software development projects.

Most recently, Terry Kelly has worked as a Senior Consultant at Mastercard, providing expertise in technology solutions. Terry then joined Agile Technology as the Chief Executive Officer, leading the company in the creation of an online HRM system.

Currently, Terry Kelly is employed at Workhuman as a Senior Integration Lead, responsible for managing integration projects.

Terry Kelly attended Dublin City University from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Centre of Software Engineering (CSE) with a focus on Innovation, Agile, and Delivery. In 2006, Terry obtained a diploma from Dublin Business School in Stock Broking Investment. Their earlier education includes a degree in Management with a specialization in Marketing from Technological University Dublin, completed between 1993 and 1998. Additionally, Terry has an unspecified certification in "Shaping up with Angular.js" from Code School.
