Ryan Swindel's work experience starts in 2003 at Moss Adams, where they worked as an Accounting Intern. Ryan then transitioned to the role of Business Assurance Staff before becoming a Business Assurance Senior. In 2010, they joined Agile Sourcing Partners as an Alliance Manager and later moved up to the position of Business Manager. In this role, they managed key account relationships, executed supply chain contracts, and led multifunctional teams. Ryan then served as the Senior Business Solutions Manager and Director of Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development at Agile Sourcing Partners.

Ryan Swindel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from California State University San Marcos. Ryan also completed the Master's in Business Management Program (MDE) at the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, they hold a Certificate in Leadership from the University of California, Riverside. Ryan has also obtained certifications in Performance-Based Scopes of Work from the Project Management Institute, Project Management from OSP International LLC, and Strategic Cost Management from the University of San Diego.
