Scott Coon has over eight years of work experience in the technology field. In 2014, they began working at OnePager, Powered by Chronicle Graphics as a Software Development and Quality Assurance, where they created and managed an automatic regression testbed. In 2016, they joined Fremont County Joint School District 215 as a Computer Technician, helping to install, troubleshoot, and maintain technology hardware, software, and network assets. In 2017, they worked at CRI Advantage, Inc. as a Technology Field Representative, and at Zylun Insights as a Programming and Technology Supervisor, performing as Programming lead or supervisor on all company projects from end to end. Scott also worked as a Deployment Team Lead at DoD Contractor / Dell, leading a team of over 40 technicians in the deployment of Windows 10 computers for Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 2021, Scott Coon began working at CustomerTrax CRM as a Support Manager, fostering professional development in a team of fellow support engineers and multitasking multiple tickets and workloads. Currently, they are employed at Agile Frameworks, LLC (MetaField) as a Technical Support Engineer, providing the only cloud-based, SaaS software solution that fully integrates corporate, field, and lab information management activities.
