Tom Medrek is an experienced investor and advisor specializing in innovative technologies across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Observer and Advisor at VesprSolar since March 2021, Medrek is involved in enhancing solar panel installation efficiency. Since September 2020, Medrek has mentored and invested in Cyvl.ai, focusing on improving transportation infrastructure with 3D LiDAR and AI. As an angel investor with Launchpad Venture Group since March 2018, Medrek supports emerging startups. Other roles include mentoring at the Massachusetts CleanTech Studio and investing in several firms such as VALIS, florrent, Agile Devices, ApprendiScope, CoreChain Technologies, and MentorWorks Education Capital. Medrek holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
