Mugdha Shah has been working in the IT industry since 2006 when they began their career as an IT Analyst at TCS. In 2013, they took on the role of Pro Bono Consultant at Taproot Foundation. In 2020, they joined KELL Partners as a Salesforce Consultant and also worked as a Salesforce Consultant at Netrocon Digital. Currently, they are employed as a QA Specialist at Agile Cloud Consulting.

Mugdha Shah completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics Engineering from Motivational Pathway between 2002 and 2006. Mugdha then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU between 2008 and 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in February 2021, Business Administration Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in June 2020, Selling With Sales Cloud Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in June 2020, and the Trailhead Ranger Rank from Trailhead by Salesforce.
