Geert De Cang is an experienced Agile Leadership Consultant currently working at NoFairies since January 2021, focusing on instilling a leadership culture that combines results with long-term team growth. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in leading agile teams across diverse environments, Geert has also served as an Agile and Lean Trainer, Consultant, and Coach at AgileBeyond since January 2019. In addition to owning Rubicone BVBA, Geert has held senior consulting roles at Agilar Benelux and provided coaching and advisory services at BNP Paribas Fortis. Geert's earlier experience includes various roles in project management and agile coaching across multiple organizations, along with contributions as a guest speaker at KAHO Sint-Lieven. Geert holds a degree in Applied Electronics from Ghent University.
