Jonathan West

Information Technology Specialist III at Agil3 Technology Solutions

Jonathan West has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Jonathan began their career at Xerox as a Technical Support II from May 2010 to June 2014. Afterwards, they worked at Apex Tool Group as an IT Help desk Support Analyst from June 2014 to May 2015. Jonathan then joined IPC Technologies as a Phone Installer for a brief period in June 2015. In the same year, they moved to Compucom / Cisco Systems as an IT Analyst from July 2015 to May 2016. Jonathan subsequently worked at eBrylT Inc as a PC Support Technician for the PC Refresh Project from July 2016 to December 2016. Following this, they joined Unisys as a Help Desk Support Technician from March 2017 to January 2018. Currently, they are employed at A3T (Agil3 Technology Solutions) as an Information Technology Specialist III since December 2020.

Jonathan West attended ECPI University from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Network Security. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Wake Technical College, focusing on Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Windows 10 for IT Pros" certification from Lynda.com in March 2017.
