Shaun serves as Chairman of Astria Group, providing transaction advisory and M&A services for middle-market companies, and is an advisor to various firms, including Ravn, FieldHub Inc, and Resilience. As Co-Founder and former Executive Chairman of Pristine Environments Inc., Shaun led the company's growth in providing Integrated Facility Management solutions across North America.
