Steven Lajeunesse has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Insight, Technology and People Services for the Americas at Aggreko since February 2016, where leadership involves HR transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Global HR Manager at Samsung C&T, contributing to talent management and change management during global expansion, and HR Project Manager in Dubai for Power Solutions HR projects. Additionally, valuable experience includes positions at the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, SK Telecom, and GnB Co., Ltd., with a focus on global HR strategies and employee mobility. Steven holds a GMBA in Corporate Strategy from Korea University and a BA in Political Studies from Queen's University.
