Simon Roche is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in providing legal and commercial leadership within Aggreko since 2009. As the Head of Legal and Commercial, Simon leads initiatives across the Africa business, advising on a variety of commercial and contractual matters, including risk assessment and strategic initiatives. Previously held roles include Head of Legal, Africa; Head of IPP Projects Africa; and Senior Legal and Commercial Manager for Aggreko Power Projects, overseeing regions such as South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to Aggreko, Simon served as a Commercial Lawyer at Cannons Solicitors from 2005 to 2009. Simon holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from University College Dublin and is qualified as a solicitor through the Law Society of Ireland.
