Alan Dunne is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational and commercial leadership across various regions, including North America and Europe. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Aggreko in the UK and Ireland since May 2014, Alan has held multiple senior roles within the company, enhancing operational effectiveness and customer relations. Prior to Aggreko, Alan worked for Balfour Beatty Construction Services UK as a Senior Manager in Service Delivery for the critical M25 motorway project, and at Briggs Equipment, where Alan oversaw national business operations. Alan’s early career included significant positions at Barloworld Handling and NACCO Materials Handling Group, focusing on service delivery, financial analysis, and business development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Bayes Business School and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
