Lisa Paisley is a skilled professional in agricultural development and entrepreneurship, serving as an Underwriter at Rural Affinity since August 2022. Lisa co-founded Aggie Gifts and Aggie Global, both active since 2018. Previous mentorship roles include guiding university teams at franked.io and high school students through Future Anything's Activate Program. Lisa has presented on agricultural development at events such as the University of Sydney's RD Watt celebrations and the Crawford Fund's International Agricultural Development Day. Additionally, Lisa participated as a panelist in discussions hosted by Tech for Social Good and Australian Women in Agriculture, focusing on empowering smallholder farmers in Fiji. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Hospitality Service Assistant at Wesley Mission Vision Valley. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Sydney and completed the Blue Chilli Lisa Starts 3.0 Accelerator in 2019.
