Billur Beyza Kayan is an experienced professional in the fields of internal control, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as the Internal Control Assistant Manager at AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik since February 2023, Billur is responsible for monitoring and coordinating current findings and managing the development of new findings as needed. Previously, at Eureko Sigorta, Billur held the positions of Compliance and Risk Senior Specialist and Reinsurance Specialist, focusing on regulatory compliance and operational processes. Billur's earlier experience includes roles at AXA Türkiye in risk management and health insurance, as well as an internship in credit risk at ING Türkiye. Billur holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Marmara University.
