Berna Yalcin has extensive experience in employee experience and internal communications, currently serving as the Employee Experience & Internal Communications Manager at AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik since January 2018, after progressing through various specialist roles within the same organization. Prior to this position, Berna Yalcin worked as an Assistant on the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge project at Freyssinet between August 2015 and August 2016, and gained initial experience through internships with Erasmus Student Network and SI-UK Education Council. Berna Yalcin holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Studies from both International Business School and Oxford Brookes University, alongside a period of study at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
