Caio Stenio Agmont has a diverse and extensive work experience. Caio began their career at Cargill as a Sales Officer from 1997 to 2000. Caio then joined Bank of America as a Senior Leasing Officer, where they contributed to the introduction of the company in Brazil and developed new products for the domestic market.

In 2003, Agmont joined KIENAST & KRATSCHMER LTDA as a Business Development Manager, focusing on restructuring the product portfolio and customer segmentation. Caio implemented new commercial processes and management controls based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. Later, they became the Commercial Director and Business Unit Manager, responsible for the profitability of ingredients and natural dyes operations. Agmont successfully opened international markets in Latin America, the US, and Europe, introducing new product lines.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at Grupo Adeste, where they consolidated and structured nine different businesses into a unified commercial platform. Caio introduced strategic management methods and tools, prioritizing customer management, portfolio selection, and new market development.

In 2017, Agmont took on the role of Chief Innovation and New Business Officer at Grupo Adeste, creating the Innovation and New Business department. Caio developed the company's innovation strategy, focusing on three pillars: product research and process improvement, innovation projects for new products and technologies, and disruptive projects in new industries. Caio also established the area's governance, methodology, processes, internal organization, and team.

In 2019, Agmont founded Ages Bioactive, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Caio Stenio Agmont has a diverse education history. In 1990 to 1993, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Caio then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution from 1998 to 2000. Following that, Caio attended Ibmec from 2003 to 2005 to complete an MBA in Finance. In 2019, they briefly attended Babson College for a Build Entrepreneurship Program. Additionally, from 2019 to 2020, they studied at Instituto Butantan, obtaining an MBA in Health Innovation.
