Lisbeth Jacobs joined Gallagher as Chief Executive - Animal Management in April 2021.
She joins Gallagher from Fletcher Building where she was General Manager for Innovation & Sustainability and prior to this held senior leadership roles at the leading edge of applied innovation enterprises such as Uniservices, The Icehouse, and the global Belgium steel company Bekaert where she worked internationally across AsiaPac, Europe, China, the Middle East and North America. She is also currently an independent director of BRANZ and Northpower Ltd.
Lisbeth has oversight of the strategic direction of the Animal Management business which aims to deliver smarter solutions to make farm life easier, more sustainable and more profitable and leads the expansion and operation of the company in its key markets throughout Australasia, North America, Europe and Asia.

Lisbeth holds a PhD of Engineering from the University of Auckland, a Master of Engineering from the KULeuven in Belgium and completed the General Management Programme at CEDEP-INSEAD in Paris.
