Kelsey Gordon is an experienced professional in the fields of social services and healthcare access, currently serving as an Avisery Training and Benefit Access Specialist at AgeOptions since August 2022. In this role, Kelsey educates professionals on Medicare and Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and ensures beneficial transitions in healthcare coverage for clients. Previously, Kelsey held positions as a Community Engagement Benefits Access Specialist and Paralegal, focusing on Social Security Disability and family law, where skills in trauma-informed care and legal processes were utilized.
