Roberto Fedele has extensive experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as a PMO & Business/Functional Analyst at Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos since October 2019. Prior to this role, Roberto worked as a Senior Process Consultant at Optimize Group from January 2005 to September 2019, and held various senior consulting positions at TÜV Rheinland AG, BDO Belgium, and Cegeka. Additional expertise includes team leadership, enterprise architecture, and .NET development, with earlier roles at ADNEOM and N-Allo. Roberto holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT from Hogeschool PXL, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
