Fred McCutcheon Jr is a seasoned professional in the real estate and insurance industries, currently serving as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Cornerstone Wealth Advisory Group since May 2018 and a Licensed Real Estate Agent at AgentOwned Realty since May 2016. With over ten years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Fred has also been involved in property management with Sonsvest, LLC since January 2013. Previous entrepreneurial endeavors include co-owning American Enterprise Storage from June 2016 to January 2020 and co-founding Restoration Affiliates, LLC from April 2011 to January 2020, a national network for disaster restoration services. Earlier in Fred's career, significant contributions were made as a Business Development Manager at Catastrophe Services, Inc. from January 2000 to January 2015 and as a team member at Motley Rice LLC from May 1998 to July 2001. Fred holds a BS in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and completed Real Estate coursework at Trident Technical College.
