Elaine McCoy has extensive experience in executive assistance and business ownership, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Lifestyle Communities since November 2022. McCoy is also a Joint Owner at KWEST Properties, LLC, a position held since April 2016. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at Heartland Ventures from January 2022 to November 2022, and at The Superior Group from September 2011 to September 2015. Additionally, McCoy was an Independent Owner at Baubles Design for 14 years and held executive assistant positions at EXPRESS and the State of Ohio from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s.
