Andrea Menicucci, Ph.D. has a rich background in scientific research and communication. Starting as a Laboratory Assistant at UCLA, they then pursued their Graduate studies at the University of California, Riverside, focusing on immune response to H1N1 influenza and Ebola virus protection. Andrea further expanded their research as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UC Irvine, studying Ebola and Marburg virus protection mechanisms. Transitioning to Agendia, they held roles as a Medical Writer and Clinical Science Manager, where they contributed to numerous scientific publications and collaborations with key institutions and experts in the field. Andrea currently serves as the Director of Clinical Science at Agendia, continuing their work in scientific communication and publication planning.
Andrea Menicucci, Ph.D., completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics at UCLA from 2010 to 2012. Andrea then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Sciences at the University of California, Riverside, graduating in 2018. Andrea also received certifications in R programming and Flow Cytometer training for BD LSRII in 2018.
