Heathyre Watts currently serves as the Client Success Team Lead at AgencyBloc since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in customer service and client relations. Prior to AgencyBloc, Heathyre worked at Progressive Insurance from December 2018 to May 2022 as a Customer Preservation Senior Specialist, where responsibilities included resolving escalated customer inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Heathyre also held multiple roles at Conduent from October 2013 to October 2018, including Technical Analyst and Human Resource Advocate, focusing on call center metrics and representative coaching. Earlier experience as an Administrative Specialist at Central Arizona College included supporting the tutoring department. Heathyre earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Arizona College between 2010 and 2015.
