Peter Overy is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at AGENCY, a human-centered design practice based in Singapore. With extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and advising organizations globally, AGENCY specializes in solving complex challenges using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and behavioral insights. Prior to AGENCY, Peter held various leadership roles at IDEO Singapore, Overy Johnson Simon, Camelot, and Marshall Overy, where Peter also founded the latter company. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information and Graphic Design from Nottingham Trent University.
