Lishan Soh is a Co-Founder and Design Research Director at AGENCY in Singapore. Prior to this role, Lishan worked as a Design Lead at IDEO and as a Senior Designer in Design Research and Strategy. With a background in journalism and styling, Lishan has a keen eye for human behavior and a deep understanding of the importance of making human connections to inspire action. Lishan holds a Master of Arts in Fashion Journalism from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies from Brown University.
