Joel Ong is currently the Business Strategy Lead at AGENCY in Singapore. Before that, Joel held positions such as Assistant Director, Group Operations & Systems at The Lo & Behold Group, Head of Development and Planning as well as General Manager at Grain Traders, Food and Beverage Manager at Park Hotel Group, and General Manager, Food & Beverage at Unlisted Collection. Joel started their career as an Assistant Manager at Singapore Tourism Board. Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and Theatre from the National University of Singapore.
