Hannah Tullo has extensive experience in the field of aging services, currently serving as a Specialized Care Manager at the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut since March 2016, where responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments and coordinating community services. Previous roles include Care Manager, Transition Coordinator, and Support and Planning Coach, all focused on client care and service management. Hannah gained foundational customer service skills as a cashier at Big Y World Class Market and developed research and proposal skills during internships at the State Department on Aging of Connecticut and the Agency on Aging. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology from the same institution.
