Britton Johnson has extensive experience in the healthcare and service industries, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Ageless Living Home Health since October 2020. Previous positions at Ageless Living include Director of Revenue Cycle, Director of Business Management, and Intake/Authorizations Manager. Prior to this, Britton worked at Your Therapy Source (YTS) from August 2017 to September 2020 in various managerial roles, including Office Manager and Operations Manager. Additional experience includes serving as IT Application Specialist at Angmar Medical Holdings, Inc., and numerous roles at Your Therapy Source, where responsibilities included managing customer experiences and developing training programs. Britton's career began in customer-facing roles at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. and Washington Mutual Bank, where foundational skills in customer service and relationship building were developed. Britton attended The University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Wesleyan University.
