Mona Scott is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both fitness education and legal services. Since March 2012, Mona has been a Certified Educator for Ageless Grace TM, focusing on holistic fitness for the mind and body. Concurrently, since January 2012, Mona serves as a NIA Dance Movement Certified White Belt Teacher, integrating dance, healing, and martial arts into movement practices. With extensive legal expertise, Mona has owned the Law Offices of Mona H Scott since June 1991 and previously worked as a Staff Attorney at UAW Legal Services from August 1985 to June 1991.
