Sharon Nicholls possesses extensive experience in the aged care and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Village Manager at Ryman Healthcare since May 2022, overseeing independent and serviced apartments alongside aged care beds. Previous roles include Roaming Residential Service Manager and Residential Service Manager at VMCH from April 2016 to May 2022, and a contract position as Quality Coordinator at AdventCare in late 2015. Sharon also held the position of Group Quality Manager at Menarock LIFE from 2010 to 2015, where responsibilities included policy development and compliance oversight. Prior to that, a Quality Manager role at Aveo Group spanned nearly a decade, and earlier nursing positions were undertaken at Eastern Health and RDNS from the early '90s. Sharon's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Change Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration, complemented by diplomas in Nursing, Business Operations, and Public Relations.
