Phil Gatrell has over two decades of experience in data management and testing within the financial services sector. At Ageas UK since August 2010, Phil has held multiple roles including Head of Data Management, Data Value Chain Manager, Program Manager, Business Change Manager, and IT Project and Test Manager. Prior to this, Phil worked at Skandia as a Test Lead from August 2007 to August 2010, and at HSBC from January 2002 to August 2007 in roles such as Test Analyst and Compliance Officer.
