Ganesa Ratnam currently serves as the Chief Distribution Officer at Ageas Federal Life Insurance since January 2021 and has been the Chief Distribution Officer at IDBI Federal Life Insurance since September 2013, where responsibilities include leading the largest zone and participating in the Senior Management Committee. Previously, Ganesa held the position of Chief Bancassurance Officer for the Federal Bank Channel at IDBI Federal, along with various roles including Vice President and National Account Manager focused on the Federal Bank channel. Other notable experience includes Zonal Head roles at Reliance Life Insurance and GE Capital, and a Regional Head position at ICICI Bank. Ganesa Ratnam's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Madras.
