Rebecca Goss is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Age Scotland since March 2023 and as a Non-Executive Director at WanderWomen Scotland since January 2024. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Head of People and Development and Human Resources Manager at Edinburgh University Students' Association from March 2019 to March 2023, and worked as a Freelance HR Consultant between August 2017 and March 2023. Rebecca's expertise encompasses HR restructuring, recruitment, contract development, staff handbook creation, and casework support. Educational qualifications include a MA Hons in History of Art from The University of Edinburgh and completion of the CIPD Professional Development Scheme from Manchester Open Learning.
