Tor Ivar Kleivene has extensive experience in the energy sector, specifically with Agder Energi Vannkraft AS since April 1997, where currently serves as ³§Âá±ð´Ú²õ¾±²Ô²µ±ð²Ô¾±Ã¸°ù, responsible for long-term planning and maintenance projects within the company's facility portfolio. Previously, Tor Ivar held the position of Senior Project Engineer, focusing on mechanical engineering at the Aust-Agder power station following a merger into Agder Energi. Prior to this, from April 1981 to April 1997, Tor Ivar served as a Machine Officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces, concluding the role as the Chief Engineer of the Oslo-class frigate.
