Sarah Koosis is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in product ownership, business analysis, and customer support. Currently serving as an Associate Product Owner at AGDATA, LP since June 2020, Sarah has transitioned from Implementation to Market Intelligence roles. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Analyst II and a Senior Customer Support Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed client engagement and issue resolution. Earlier roles include a Data Innovation Intern at Indigo, contributing to customer segmentation projects, a Cheesemonger at Eataly, and Director of Workplace Catering at 9 Miles East Farm, demonstrating strong leadership and relationship management skills.
