Steven McCartney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Technology Solutions at AgCredit, ACA since January 2007, Steven directs organization-wide learning functions and oversees CRM system implementations.
