Shelley Siefert has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as a Loan Processor at AgCredit, ACA since March 2019. Previously, Siefert worked at Farm Credit Mid-America from 2000, initially as a Customer Service Representative, then as a Financial Support Specialist, and subsequently as a Country Home Loan Specialist. In these roles, Siefert was responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications, processing complex loans, and providing exceptional customer service across various platforms. Siefert holds a diploma in General Business from North Central State College and a high school diploma from Lexington High School.
