Mikko Rintoo currently serves as Engineering Manager for Simulation & Validation at AGCO Corporation, a position held since September 2019, following a tenure as Manager of Simulations. Prior roles include Technology Manager for Simulations at Junttan and various positions at AGCO Corporation, including Technical Specialist and Product Development Engineer, specializing in system simulations and vehicle research. Mikko's early career includes experience as a Design Engineer, Master Thesis Student focusing on mobile test equipment for cabin ROPS, and design trainee roles at PMP Partners and Profiilikeskus Oy. Mikko holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu, earned between 2002 and 2007.
