Jeanine Jansen is an experienced professional in workforce development and human resources, currently serving as Chair of the Emerging Leaders Statewide Steering Committee at AGC of California since October 2017, where previously held roles included Vice Chair and Member. Additionally, Jeanine has been the Workforce Development Manager at Royal Electric Company since 2017, overseeing recruitment efforts and fostering relationships with industry partners. Jeanine held leadership positions on the NEXT Advisory Board and SRBX Advisory Board from 2018 to 2021. Prior experience includes HR Generalist at Rabobank N.A. and Personnel Analyst at the California Department of Public Health, providing expertise in employee relations and HR program implementation. Jeanine's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from California State University-Sacramento.
