Currently serving as Vice President of Global P&C Center of Excellence at AGC Biologics, Vlad oversees the development and execution of global HR strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Previously held roles at AGC include Vice President of Global People & Culture COE and Human Resources, leading initiatives across multiple regions. Vlad’s experience at Boehringer Ingelheim spans roles from Marketing Director to Regional Business Manager, contributing to strategic marketing and culture transformation. Earlier career experiences at British American Tobacco involved managing HR and organizational development initiatives across Central Asia and the Caucasus. Vlad holds a Master's degree in International Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and another in English/German from Kherson State University.
