Tom Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in value creation, transformation, and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Value Creation at PerkinElmer, Inc., Tom has previously held significant roles at McKinsey & Company, including Vice President and Senior Associate within the McKinsey Transformation practice. Prior to that, Tom worked at Deloitte Consulting, where responsibilities included Manager and Senior Consultant in Mergers, Acquisitions & Restructuring, as well as a Summer Associate in Strategy & Operations. Additionally, Tom has gained experience as an Independent Consultant.
