Naveenganesh Muralidharan is a seasoned professional in the bioprocess and biotechnology field, currently serving as a Senior Manager of MSAT at AGC Biologics since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading departmental activities and managing people. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineer at Novartis Gene Therapies, focusing on Continued Process Verification and statistical process control, and a Senior Scientist position at Lonza, where Naveenganesh developed upstream rAAV processes. Additional roles span multiple organizations, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, AstraZeneca, and Biocon, where responsibilities ranged from process development to scaling up biopharmaceutical production. Naveenganesh holds a Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from SASTRA University.
