Nthabiseng Lephatsoana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Affairs and Responsible Pharmacist at Biovac since October 2017. Previous roles at Biovac include Responsible Pharmacist, Head of Pharmaceutical Services, Release and Outsource Manager, Quality Systems Manager, and Section Head of Quality Assurance. Prior to Biovac, Nthabiseng held leadership positions at Aspen Pharma Group from December 2013 to September 2017, including Group Leader for Production Sterile Core and Pharmaceutical Group Leader. Earlier experience includes a Senior Vice President Manager role at Fresenius Kabi and various leadership positions at Aspen Pharma, starting with Document Control Pharmacist in 2007. Nthabiseng holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Nelson Mandela University and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Human Physiology from the University of the Western Cape.
