Yavonne Sarber is an experienced entrepreneur and proprietor in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Founder and Proprietress of Agave & Rye since 2016. Prior to this, Yavonne owned and operated several establishments, including de-NOVO Manifesto Fin Oliver's from November 2011 to 2017, and held the title of Proprietress at Oliver's BSB from June 2014 to 2016, as well as at Fin from May 2014 to 2016. Yavonne's journey in the industry began with ownership of Vonn Jazz from February 2007 to November 2011.
